Keagan received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State, where he assisted in their biomechanics research lab while tutoring and mentoring student-athletes.
Before attending Physical Therapy school, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach for two high-performance facilities in the Midwest. He got to experience what it was like to work with high-level athletes ranging from 8 years old to professional athletes.
He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University.
After graduation, Dr. Keagan began practicing at an outpatient sports medicine clinic focused on baseball, which is where he found his love and passion for overhead athletes.
Keagan grew up in small-town Iowa as a multi-sport athlete. He has also competed in powerlifting competitions and has a passion for barbell athletes.
He and his wife, Makenzi, moved to Scottsdale in 2020 and have a golden doodle. They plan to stay and grow a family here.
Special Interests: Overhead Athletes, ACL Rehabilitation, Barbell Sport Athletes
